AUSTIN MAYNARD
Regional Vice President
Austin joined First Group in 2016 as our South Central Texas Regional Manager, and was promoted to Regional Vice President in 2021.
During that initial time period, Austin developed and grew his territory to the most successful and high-performance territory in our group of companies. His knowledge, commitment and work ethics have established him as a valued partner with our dealership and financial institution clients and an integral part of our team.
He has also shown outstanding ability to not only help our clients improve their profitability with his hands on approach, but his ability to help our clients find and develop key dealership personnel essential to their success is second to none.
Austin came to First Group from a multi-generation automotive family, the Pollard Auto Group of Lubbock, Big Spring, Abilene and Boulder, Colorado, so the automotive business is in his DNA.
Upon graduation from college, Austin spent the next 4 years working every aspect and position in sales at Pollard Friendly Ford. He worked as a salesperson, F&I Manager, Sales Manager and eventually General Sales Manager.
Austin is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is AFIP Certified.
