Eric joined First Group in January 2014 as our internal Director of Claims and Claims Resolution Manager over all our programs. He was promoted to Vice President of Claims Operations to ensure that the quality of claims administration is maintained to First Group’s high standards and that all claims are handled quickly and fairly. Eric brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the customer service industry and understands the importance and necessity for customer satisfaction.
Eric received his formal education from Texas State University. He holds an insurance adjuster license and is AFIP, as well as ASE Certified.
