Vice President Account Development

Responsible and accountable for the development and performance of all existing accounts and personnel.  Manages, directs and monitors the performance of all field personnel as it pertains to servicing and performance in existing accounts.  Supports, motivates and trains existing personnel to constantly ensure they and our accounts are reaching their maximum performance.  A proven manager and motivator.  Requires a minimum of 5 years of successful performance as a Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, or equivalent, as well as extensive automotive retail experience.  College degree highly preferred.  Travel required.  Expected income dependent upon qualifications and production of the entire company.
